How will my order be sent to me?
We provide FREE shipping with Royal Mail 24, which is usually delivered within 1-2 working days (including Saturdays). For orders above £40 shipping method is upgraded to DHL Next Day, free of charge.
How soon will my order be dispatched?
All orders placed before 12:00 are dispatched the same day, Monday to Friday.
What packaging do you use?
All feeds are shipped in food-grade zip-lock bags and rigid cardboard boxes where appropriate.
What if I need to return my order?
No questions asked returns - if you are not happy with your order for whatever reason, please send it back for a full refund.
