How will my order be sent to me?
We provide FREE shipping with Royal Mail 24 / Evri 24, which is usually delivered within 1-2 working days (including Saturdays). For bigger orders, the shipping method is upgraded to a priority next-day courier (Monday to Friday), free of charge.
We understand that there are areas where either Royal Mail or Evri has persistent delivery issues. If that is the case, please let us know, and we shall use your preferred service.
How soon will my order be dispatched?
All orders placed before 12:00 are dispatched the same day, Monday to Friday.
What packaging do you use?
All feeds are shipped in food-grade zip-lock bags and rigid cardboard boxes where appropriate.
What if I need to return my order?
No questions asked returns - if you are not happy with your order for whatever reason, please send it back for a full refund.
